Vistry has decided to restart its construction work next week, Vistry is the latest house builder to reopen its sites. Vistry has managed to make 212 new home sales since the lockdown instructions are in place as their sales team is managing to work and interact through virtual tours. Vistry has released an official statement that 90% of its Partnership sites and their housing sites to be opened from 27th April 2020.
Vistry has furloughed majority of its staff during the closure, but still paid the employees 100% regular wages. The number of furloughed employees will come down gradually as the sites start to reopen.
