Willmott Dixon has decided to furlough more than 800 among its 2200 staff due to coronavirus pandemic, and 90% of its sites remains open despite the furlough decision. As per the reports, nearly 400 people were already instructed to be furloughed, and nearly 400 more are to be joined this week.
Willmott Dixon has stated that “following the Government’s advice that construction work, as a key part of the UK economy that cannot be delivered from home, should continue.”
