West London council has given contract to Rydon to deliver a £100m estate renovate to create more than 460 homes. Ealing Borough Council(ECB) has announced that Rydon is formally appointed as its development partner to renovate the High Lane estate in Hanwell after run-up talks of over the past two years. The 264-home estate was constructed in 70s using a Bison large panel system.
