Latimer that works as Clarion Housing Group’s development arm has completed the purchase of a 13 acre Brownfield. The site is located to the west of Leeds city centre. It has been more than a decade since the site was used and it was formerly known as City Reach.

Initially the existing planning consent for more than 1,000 homes alongside student accommodation was under planning. However, Latimer has started a redesign to deliver a £200m residential-led mixed-use scheme.

The expectations related to work standby to begin in early 2021 at the site with its remediation and submission of a revised planning permission. Creation of space for creative industries, thriving communities alongside retail units, and leisure facilities might be happening.
