The Northampton-based contractor has now commenced work on phase one of the 1.1 million sq ft scheme, with Collins Earthworks undertaking the initial site preparation. Reports Contract Journal
Winvic is delivering the project on a design and build basis, incorporating 15 acres of green space, amenity land, and enhanced landscaping across the development.

Towcester Park is set to accommodate a wide range of businesses, offering units from 13,500 sq ft up to 470,000 sq ft. The largest spaces will include HQ-style office accommodation, roof terraces, EV charging facilities, and contemporary reception areas.
All units are being constructed to achieve EPC A and BREEAM Excellent standards.
