The programme of works will encompass a diverse range of repairs, gas maintenance and servicing, void property improvements, planned investment works, and mechanical and electrical works. These tasks will be undertaken by all three divisions within Breyer’s business: Roofing, Repair, and Renew.Reports Contract Journal
The initial contract period is set for 4.5 years, with an option to extend for an additional five years.Work will commence on-site in October.
