During his six years at the firm, Worsley has been instrumental in the development of 3,200 PBSA beds and 1,150 residential apartments. He has successfully generated over £710 million in capital, including both institutional and private equity. Reports Contract Journal
As COO, he will concentrate on identifying key future development opportunities, securing large-scale funding, and negotiating joint venture partnerships to advance place-making and deliver the broader Torsion Group business plan.
With Worsley’s promotion to COO, Ed Wootton will assume the role of Managing Director for both Torsion Construction and Torsion Developments.
