The development secured planning permission in March, with Willmott Dixon set to begin on-site work imminently. The contractor has been chosen by Staffordshire Campus Living, a consortium responsible for the design, build, finance, and operation of the project, to improve student residential facilities.Reports Contract Journal

Dan Doyle, operations director at Willmott Dixon, Mentioned: “We will be incorporating modern methods of construction and offsite manufacturing to ensure it is a low-carbon development.
