The latest financial accounts for the Hampshire-based company show it generated a turnover of £11 million for the year ending September 2024 while recording a pre-tax loss of £1 million.

Despite the loss, the business continued to employ 55 members of staff and has maintained its position as an established supplier to the UK construction industry.

Founded in 1995, the company has built a nationwide network of more than 900 suppliers, providing construction equipment and site solutions for projects across the UK.

Nationwide Hire’s website describes the firm as: “The UK’s original equipment hire broker. One central office coordinating nationwide coverage for all your hire needs – powered access, plant, tools, power, fuel, welfare and more.”
