Final clearance for £600m London twin towers

Housing secretary Robert Jenrick has approved the final clearance for the twin-tower scheme in London’s Nine Elms District which is £600m project. In an area called Vauxhall cluster, Developer Great Marlborough Estates is planning to construct build two towers rising to 54 and 42 storeys. This Vauxhall Cross Island scheme is designed by world-famous Zaha Hadid Architects, which includes new homes, offices, shops and a hotel.
