The successful contract to build Tottenham Hale towers is backed by Galliford Try and United Living. The duo started working from yesterday while both the organizations have signed 2 contracts. This is a £500m scheme to transform Tottenham Hale by Galliford try and United Living. As the construction starts, the architecture plan is laid on a large scale.
A total of 412 homes in seven blocks will be constructed along with 15 new retail spaces, a coworking and office space, a new primary care health centre, and a cinema hall.
Galliford Try delivers two plots including four towers ranging from five to 18 storeys. The construction kicks-off at 1 Ashley Road and 2 Ashley Road that comprises 281 homes at an estimated cost of £85.
United Living has signed a contract for building 131 council-owned homes in partnership with LB Haringey on the Welbourne site. These homes will be provided at council rents with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The layout portrays over three and 16 storeys of construction for these council-owned homes.
