Galliford Try has accepted for a deal with Arax Properties for 280 Bishopsgate building revamp job in the Square Mile. This revamp deal is worth more than £50m to the business. The project include the 264,500 sqft of office space internal refurbishment to Category A level, besides the full fit-out to the core and reception areas. The new building includes 7,800 sq ft MoreySmith-designed dual reception connecting Bishopsgate and Bishops Square & Spitalfields garden areas. The building revamp includes private terraces on every floor with lift access.
