HB Reavis has secured planning permission for Waterloo station

HB Reavis has secured planning permission for its 31-storey Elizabeth House development near London Waterloo station, this is the third time this project got approval from Lambeth Council. This project worth is £600m which is aquired by a Slovakian-based real estate developer from previous owners in 2017. The building contains 1.2m sq ft of office space and 96,000 sq ft of mixed-use and retail space, including a public garden directly connected to Waterloo Station.
