The new school has been funded through the wider mixed-tenure residential development, with half of the new homes designated as affordable housing and prioritised for eligible local residents to help families remain within the community.
Designed by BPTW in collaboration with Walter & Cohen, the scheme will deliver 2,297sqm of flexible learning space and more than 1,500sqm of outdoor play areas spread across three levels, including rooftop play facilities, alongside two new residential buildings.
Declan Higgins, Chief Executive Officer said: “By combining new homes with essential education provision, this scheme demonstrates how partnership-led development can help meet housing demand, while delivering lasting benefits for the local community.”
