Ilke partners to develop site in Stanford-le-Hope with acquisition of £44m

£600m prefab framework allotted to three contractors

Ilke Homes, known to be a Modular house-builder, is being backed by Gresham House Residential Secure Income with a £44m order coming its way to supply factory-built units. This new development is happening off Victoria Road in Stanford-le-Hope, in Essex.

It is being delivered as part of Ilke Homes turnkey package deal along with ReSI Homes taking ownership of the completed development. Ilke Homes will take over in activities such as securing the land, getting planning permission, manufacturing the homes and developing the site.

ReSi Homes is a for-profit registered provider owned by investment company Gresham House. All the 153 homes will be made available for shared ownership. The deal takes the value of Ilke Home’s order book to more than £200m.
