Ilke Homes, known to be a Modular house-builder, is being backed by Gresham House Residential Secure Income with a £44m order coming its way to supply factory-built units. This new development is happening off Victoria Road in Stanford-le-Hope, in Essex.

It is being delivered as part of Ilke Homes turnkey package deal along with ReSI Homes taking ownership of the completed development. Ilke Homes will take over in activities such as securing the land, getting planning permission, manufacturing the homes and developing the site.
