Gloucestershire County Council has selected Kier to take the responsibility of delivering the phase one of its Quayside regeneration plans. The project worth is £15m and the project is assigned through Southern Construction Framework. The project includes the multi-purpose 3-storey building besides two GP surgeries with a 17,500 patients capacity in pharmacy, office space and parking. The project is planned to be completed by 2021 beginning. This project will help Kier in delivering many training and development opportunities.
