The second phase of the Lewisham Gateway project will be started in south London. The regeneration operation worth £252m forward funding deal is shelled by Morgan Sindall. Get Living which is the private rental residential specialist set to deal with main contractor Balfour Beatty. The 30 storey construction in four blocks is the basic plan of the project.

After the completion of construction in 2023, Get Living will provide 649 homes for rent under the final phase of the Lewisham scheme. The retail space comprising a total of 25,000 sq ft will include restaurants and bars in approximately 15,000 sq ft, a gym, and first major multiplex cinema in Lewisham.

The London Borough of Lewisham, the Mayor of London and Transport for London will combine to finish the project, along with the support of Homes England. Under the first phase, Lewisham Gateway has already delivered 362 new homes. Adding to it, new shops and restaurants were also developed.
