Interserve will deliver the new £15m Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre in Renfrewshire as it is named as the preferred bidder. The medicines production hub project will be located near Glasgow Airport which will ensure that UK is an innovation leader in small molecule pharmaceutical and the fine chemical manufacturing. The new centre will be designed to be an adaptable building, enabling industry, academia, healthcare providers and regulators to work in coordination to face the challenges along the medicines supply chain.
