The Morrisroe Group which is known to be the concrete frame specialist has bought demolition contractor Cantillon. Morrisroe has officially announced that a majority shareholding of Cantillon belongs to them. This further allows Morrisroe to implement full demolition and basement box solutions and services.
Morrisroe Group CEO, Brian Morrisroe said that this broadens the scope of services we can provide in-house. This builds on our reputation for delivering complex and challenging demolition and sub structure works in City Centres. He further added that the acquisition is a significant addition for us and good news for the market.
