McAleer & Rushe has started construction of a 17-storey Maldron Hotel in central Manchester today. This is a £47m development project which is located on Charles Street, which is within the strategic Oxford Road Development Corridor. Director of Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures has stated that this day marks the beginning of another significant project for SRMCV & continues their successful joint venture relationship with Catalyst Capital.
