McAlpine to the topped the November’s contracts league. McAlpine has secured the £260m Gateshead Quays Art and Leisure Complex for Gateshead Council and a £100m office project on Stanhope’s White City Place in West London. Another major project win, this time for Skanska, saw the McAlpine rise to the second place with British Land’s Blossom Street scheme worth £300m near Spitalfields on the London city fringe.
