MechFS owed more than £9.5m to unsecured creditors

Mechanical Facilities Services Limited went into administration last month and owed more than £9.5m to unsecured creditors.

As per the data provided by the administrator, Interpath Advisory revealed a list of debts to subcontractors and suppliers who are unlikely to receive any money for their unpaid invoices.

Interpath Advisory said: “Current estimates suggest it is unlikely there will be sufficient funds in the administration to enable a distribution to be made to the unsecured creditors.”

Interpath mentioned that Mech FS was brought down by an outstanding intercompany debt and an issue on one of its largest contracts.

NHN Holdings Ltd(parent company) continues to operate as usual.
