Andrew Shepherd had held the position at the Goldman Sachs-backed builder since October 2020.

His departure follows the announcement of a cost-cutting program by the Goldman Sachs-backed modular builder two months ago. The program included consultations for 70 redundancies. A spokesperson for TopHat remarked, “2023 was a challenging period for the housing sector at-large, where a tough inflationary climate coincided with supply chain disruption. And, as a newer industry, MMC has been hit harder still.”
A spokesperson for TopHat stated that Mr. Shepherd’s departure is linked to “personnel losses” occurring during a “period of restructuring.”
