A £60m investment in education will bring new teaching and learning facilities for 900 students, alongside state-of-the-art sports amenities, including a sports hall, gym, drama studio, and grass pitches. The project, designed by architects at Atkins Realis, is part of Cardiff Council and the Welsh Government’s Band B Sustainable Communities for Learning programme. Reports Contract Journal
Morgan Sindall recently completed a £4.3m package of preparatory work for the Lewis Road site under a pre-construction agreement.
