Osborne to make 7% of staff redundant

Osborne has confirmed its decision to make its 7% of staff redundant due to the financial impact of the continuing Covid-19 pandemic. Group chief executive Andy Steele has sent an email to the staff earlier this week outlining plans for 75 job losses. Steele’s email states that “harsh reality is that as a group, we will experience substantial losses during the first six months of this year.”

Pay cuts are expected across all divisions as Steele warned “we simply do not have the future secured pipeline to keep you all employed.”
