Plans are disclosed for building the new office on Newcastle’s East Quayside. The office project design is designed by the Bjarke Ingels Group who are International architects, as the site is sloppy, the design is in a hairpin shape. The project is a 12 storeys building that includes a linear roof-top garden. The project is planned to build in disused City Road site, and the office space of the project includes 100,000 sq ft. This project becomes the first project for the architects outside London and the architects’ team has conveyed that they are considering this as a landmark site.
