Grosvenor has received the go-ahead for the plan to build 1,500 new rental homes in Bermondsey. This project is London’s one of the most ambitious developments. Southwark’s biscuit factory is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates which includes a new 600-place secondary school, besides new playspace of 20,000 sq ft and new public places over 110,000 sq ft. Around one-third of the new homes are built under the redevelopment of Biscuit Factory.
