Stevenage town centre revamp plan submitted by Mace which worths £350m to revamp 14.5 acres. The proposal, known to be SG1 will eventually provide more than 1,800 new homes, 3,500 sq m of retail, commercial floor spaceand a new public square, a new park, as well as a Public Services Hub & a new primary school.
