The High Street Group which is a well-known Newcastle-based developer is understood to be sticking with contractor Tolent. This is to deliver its £120m Strawberry Place scheme near the St James’ Park stadium in the city.
Work will be starting from next summer according to the insiders. The plan is to create a new community in the heart of Newcastle. This 2.3 acre scheme will feature a grade one office space, a 100-bed hotel, and more than 300 rental flats.The High Street Group in Newcastle will be delivering this latest landmark development by Tolent that includes the city’s tallest building construction, Hadrian’s Tower being.
