UK’s first ‘super slender’ residential tower received go-ahead

UK’s first ‘super-slender’ residential tower in Birmingham has received planning permission. The Skyscraper estimated height will be 116 meters and the width is 9.5 meters. The block includes 264 serviced apartments next to Moda Living’s residential tower. The project worth is estimated at around £58m but no contractor has been officially appointed yet.
