The development will deliver high-quality office space alongside ground-floor retail units and a new 0.5-acre public green space, creating a vibrant mixed-use environment within Liverpool city centre.
Liverpool City Council is partnering with Kier Property to deliver the first phase of the project, which forms part of a wider regeneration masterplan designed to transform the Pall Mall area into a modern commercial district, attract investment and support long-term economic growth across the city.
