The move of getting a green signal for this framework allows Wates to help in emergency circumstances. These include emergency shoring, demolition or remedial works that are needed for dangerous buildings in the capital.
London Dangerous Structures Consortium has awarded the contract that comprises more than 39 local authorities, including Spelthorne and Dartford. The contract also contains a provision for specific planned maintenance works as and when required.
