Willmott Dixon acquires Ladbroke Grove housing contract worth £25.6m

Kent County Council has appointed Willmott Dixon to build a three-storey satellite facility for Tunbridge Wells Grammar School. This will allow the boys in and around Sevenoaks to reach and learn in the new campus.

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School from September 2021, will offer 90 Year-Seven places at its new Sevenoaks campus for boys. The work to extend the school by Willmott Dixon was procured through the Procurement Hub major projects framework.

As part of the same contract, the framework will also see refurbishment work undertaken at the Weald of Kent Grammar School in Tonbridge.
