Winvic is confirmed as the main contractor of rent tower at Capital Quarter in Cardiff worth £57m. The confirmation came after private rental homes giant Grainger has agreed to forward fund and acquire the PRS scheme which is developed by IM Properties. The construction includes 307 private rental homes offering a range of amenities for the customers including rooftop lounge and terrace.
