Oxford College has received approval for £500m homes scheme which includes 480 new homes and business sites. This scheme also includes 180-bedroom hotel and shops will be included in the scheme which will get a £10m of government funding. To kick-start, the Oxford college plan, Thomas White Oxford is pumping £100m into the providing power & utilities along with the infrastructure improvements to the A40 & A44 alongside public funding support.
