Peter Anderson is announced to be the new Managing Director of Amey, in its Transport Infrastructure business. He resigned from J Murphy & Sons last December and was a Chief Operating Officer then. He played a role of monitoring joint venture works with Vinci on HS2, and this for 15 years when he worked with Balfour Beatty until 2017.
Chief Executive of Amey, Amanda Fisher said that “We welcome the government’s plans to accelerate investment in infrastructure and skills, and Peter’s appointment signals our commitment to supporting the government to deliver its ambitious infrastructure strategy.”
