The next residential building project at the New Bailey development in Salford will get started soon. Morgan Sindall will start Salford residential tower works as English Cities Fund has approved the plan. The plan includes a 23-storey tower which will be the tallest residential development on the scheme till date.
The plan also comprises a six-storey podium with an exclusive rooftop garden terrace. Also, a project consisting of 211-apartments is expected to be completed by November 2022.
The first residential development project at New Bailey will be for private sale. Then the Morgan Sindall Construction project appointment will deliver Plot A7. Later the third residential building in The Slate Yard will deliver 199 apartments that will be for rental purposes. Morgan Sindall is in view to improve economic, social, and environmental wellbeing in Salford.
Plot A7 is expected to be completed later this year. The value is currently calculated to be £8m which is approximately a quarter of the total project value.
