The project is built in a large area of 10.7-acres is thus converted from the outdated commercial estate. The agenda of building this project as New Garden Square accommodates the 500,000 sq ft area with grade A offices, restaurants, residential properties, bars, and convenience stores. The scheme is being built in view of the public realm garden square.

The works related to the apartment’s construction might take place from this spring and the expected completion is 2022.
