The New Garden Square regeneration in Edgbaston with 392 flats got approval as the specialist residential developer Court approves for planning the project. This would be the court collaboration’s third build to rent a project aiding £93m for the region. The project is built in a large area of 10.7-acres is thus converted from the outdated commercial estate. The agenda of building this project as New Garden Square accommodates the 500,000 sq ft area with grade A offices, restaurants, residential properties, bars, and convenience stores. The scheme is being built in view of the public realm garden square.

The works related to the apartment’s construction might take place from this spring and the expected completion is 2022.
