The fight against coronavirus has seen a new phase of developments including major business organizations being involved to eradicate the issue soon. As part of it, JCB has been approached to switch its production lines to making ventilators as the corona virus crisis escalates.
A number of reports yesterday suggested, manufacturers across the UK including digger maker JCB and Rolls-Royce in Derbyshire, might be asked by PM Boris Johnson to use production lines to build more ventilators needed to treat people with the virus.
According to chairman of JCB Lord Anthony Bamford, the firm has been called by the PM to get its factory ready in case of a national emergency.
