John Graham Construction has won a £13million student accommodation scheme which will allow it to build a block in Southwark. It is set to build the Bermondsey Spa Gardens development for Student Urban Living Bermondsey.
The plan is designed by architect Maber while the development will have 185 beds across six storeys. The construction plan also includes amenities such as a bike rack, gym, a rooftop terrace and a courtyard.
The building will be framed around a reinforced concrete structure with a mixture of brickwork, particle cement board cladding and curtain walling. Completion of the project by Graham is expected in June 2022.
