Refurbishment contract of Laser House, a former printing press and gin distillery is won by Graham which is in in London’s Clerkenwell area. The Laser house building includes 87,600 sq ft of office space for SMEs, which is near Barbican. The building will go through only a partial demolition of the structure, the larger part will be retained. The work will start by the end of this year which includes alternations in facades, doors, improvements, windows externally and upgrades in the office accommodation internally.
