Hill Residential is picked by Stevenage Borough Council to deliver the £54m Stevenage housing deal. Hill Residential to act as the council’s development partner to deliver mixed tenure homes within two construction phases. The phase 1 includes 176 homes and four retail units, whereas phase two is for a further 60 homes which includes a community centre. The development also includes independent living scheme of 88 apartments.
