Kier is all set to deliver a £97m project at Heartlands Hospital, the news is confirmed by University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. The outdated outpatient, treatment and diagnostic accommodation will be replaced by four-storey Ambulatory Care and Diagnostics Centre. The construction work is all set to start on site this summer with the 18,000m² project to be completed by 2022. The project includes 120 consultation rooms, 26 specialist audiology and ear, nose and throat rooms, ultrasound and X-ray rooms and also CT & MRI scanners.
