Nexus Planning has acquired the committee resolution for the first Build to Rent (BTR) scheme in the Mole Valley. The resolution recommended for approval by Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) planning department to grant for Randalls way.
The MVDC Development Management Committee upheld the Council’s recommendation at the recent November 2020 meeting. The Randalls Way scheme will have a mix of different types and sizes of units, including 36 affordable rented homes.
BTR development consists of 214 units while the Titan Property Developments will provide 3,378 sq m of communal open space, with play areas. Besides, the on-site communal facilities will include a gym, post-room, club, and residents lounge.
