Planning approved for 31-storey residential tower in Liverpool

The 31-storey Patagonia Place residential construction is yet to start after the permission was approved. This site at Liverpool Waters will be constructed with 278 homes. Your Housing Group (YHG) and Peel L&P have been working with main contractor Vermont on this scheme.

It stands to be one of five neighborhoods at the Liverpool’s waterfront development and the fifth residential development at Princes Dock. 60 hectares of historic docklands at Liverpool Waters are being transformed for construction.

This biggest residential development is the single regeneration project in the city’s history and  has been designed by Faulkner Chester Hall. Arup has provided planning consultation while the project will be built by Vermont.
