Plans unveiled for the world’s tallest octagonal residential building

World’s tallest octagonal residential tower plans submitted

Plans are unveiled for the world’s tallest octagonal residential tower by Developer Argent at Paradise site in Birmingham. The Octagon tower is designed by Glenn Howells Architects, and it is a 49-storey tower. The project includes 346 build to rent flats.

The Public consultation is started today for the scheme and the planning application will be lodged this summer and the project is expected to be completed by 2024.

The two million square feet includes ten flagship buildings, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and a 4-star hotel.
