A&H Construction(West Midlands contractor) has won the job to construct a Speculative industrial park in Bristol. Three constructions of 33,566 sq ft, 76,627 sq ft & 134,269 sq ft to be built out in a single phase, starting on-site in early 2020. Trebor Developments & partner Hillwood have taken detailed planning consent for the scheme at Western Approach, where Barwood and Speller Metcalfe were also trying for the scheme.
