The refurbishment jobs for Clugston office in Leeds are being taken up by Willmott Dixon. The company would also speed up in Havant and South Downs College on the south coast building up gradation. However, it is the refurbishment of Wellington House which is the larger of two renovation schemes.
Wellington House is known to be the headquarters of West Yorkshire combined Authority in Leeds city centre. This will witness the interior specialist upgrade 48,000 sq ft comprising five-storey building in the renovating area. The restructuring works worth £6m was won in Clugston through the YORbuild framework.
The company Willmott Dixon performs works through the Scape national work framework. There would be a handful opportunities for the company in Leeds as the transformation of Quarry House follows in the Department of Health and Social Care. The renovating firm will also work on two of three campuses during the summer 2020 and summer 2021respectively, for the Havant and South Downs College.
