The leisure and housing district in the Midlands is going to witness the HS2 Interchange Station, for which the masterplan to create a new business is ready. It is one of the best connected strategic locations in the country. The site will be towards the east of NEC and comprises 346-acres that will be developed by Arden Cross.
The new district plan by HS2 Interchange Station site has the potential to deliver approximately £1bn to the economy. Also, it will deliver up to 6m sq ft of commercial development and up to 3,000 new homes. Coleshill Estate, Birmingham City Council, and Packington Estate are the three landowners of the newly being developed Arden Cross Consortium.
Ben Gray who’s the director at Arden Cross said that the intention for Arden Cross has always been to deliver a world-class development with the HS2 Interchange Station at its heart. And by launching our masterplan, we are a step closer to delivering that ambition.
