Kier Highways has won the contract of A585 Windy Harbour to Skippool scheme in Lancashire, the scheme worth is £150m. The project is a part of the Highways England’s six-year Regional Delivery Partnership framework. The project includes new three-mile dual carriageway bypass for the betterment of heavily congested A585 which is between Windy Harbour and Skippool. The project motive includes the safety of pedestrians, equestrians and cyclists.
